Jesper Rosenberg is born in Copenhagen, Denmark (1975) and grew up on the island of Amager.
He has ventured around the world for more than 30 years. Not because a job paid him, he had loads of money or sponsors sent him around the world. Jesper traveled for passion, curiosity, with guts and on a low budget.
In 2004 Jesper became a Padi Scuba Instructor. He has been scuba diving in ice cold water, tropical seas, on World War II wrecks and in fast currents around the world.
December 26th 2004 Jesper was in Thailand on Phi Phi Island and witnessed The South Asian Tsunami wash away the island. In 2006 Jesper sold his apartment in Copenhagen and everything he owned. Early 2007 he bought a 44 foot sailboat in Florida with the only knowledge that a boat should float. Learning by doing Jesper circumnavigated the Caribbean Sea for 5 years with various friends and has crossed the Atlantic Ocean in 2012 starting in Panama, through Turks & Caicos, The Azores, ending in Spain.
In 1989 Jesper began skateboarding on the home island of Amager, and has skateboarded around the world for many years. To this day, Jesper is, now and then, still cruising around on a skateboard.
Jesper has anticipated in several running competions, ranging from 5km races to ultra marathons. The 42,195km and beyond being is favorite challenges.
As of May 2021 Jesper started to play guitar.
Currently living near by Nijmegen, Holland with his girlfriend and daughter (born 2013).
